Internal modifications to provide new and improved student accommodation.

Works included, asbestos removal, demolition and soft strip to all areas of work, structural steel works to accommodate new layout. New Roof coverings including roof lights, loft hatch, man safe system and rain water guttering. Contractors design portion included design and installation of internal steel stair case. This included close liaison with Building control due to the existing area being small and unable to meet the correct going and riser sizes to meet building regs. New walls including masonry and internal partitioning. New internal and external windows and doors. New ceilings including all fire breaks. New Mechanical and Electrical installation including fire breaks. Painting, decorating, flooring, and 2nd fix carpentry.

This major construction provided St. Mary’s School with a nursery facility on part of their playing field.

The six-month project required Associated Installations’ teams to liaise with suppliers to connect all utilities across the field to the new building which we constructed from the ground up.

The school commissioned Associated Installations to design and construct an extension to their existing building. The work included knocking through from the old to the new structure, remodelling the completed space and ensuring the two parts of the building were blended together visually from the outside.

Our team was able to work in tight conditions and without interrupting the school’s lessons during the two-phase, year-long project.

Being a specialist contractor in the education sector, Associated Installations is able to work flexibly and in close liaison with headteachers and governors to ensure the smooth-running of your works.

Working as a subcontractor, Associated Installations was commissioned to supply and fit washrooms, cubicles, sanitary ware and framework for Cranleigh School.

Our job was to turn an empty room into a functional, practical and attractive bathroom area.

As subcontractor, Associated Installations still pays the same care and attention to the job at hand, carrying out a full site survey and double checking all dimensions, fixtures, fittings and plans before starting work.

The project at the private secondary school was completed within six weeks.

The project was for the complete catering kitchen refurbishment which is located on the ground floor of the Fisher Building. These works included but not limited to a complete strip out back to substrate, replacement of all catering equipment specifically designed for the schools’ requirements and number of students. New flooring, ceilings, mechanical and electrical upgrade including ventilation and fire suppression system, staff toilet and changing rooms upgrades.

As main contractor to client Prime Diagnostics private health care, Associated Installations converted three flats into a functioning endoscopy unit.

Working to all current regulations and standards, our teams spent eight weeks providing all mechanical and electrical works, installing new walls, ceilings and floors as well as air-conditioning, ventilation and washrooms.
