Brian Started working self employed in the early 80’s. Over the years has gained a multitude of industry knowledge. Using this knowledge he has managed the company, putting customers first and ensuring a high standard of workmanship to all projects. Our aim is to offer our clients a personal and professional service. We employ most trades direct. We have own fleet of new vehicles servicing our clients every need.
Jamie worked in the financial sector before joining AI Ltd. He manages all of our projects from quotation to completion as well as the Operations with Martin and the SHEQ and office management alongside Nicola.
Nicola works closely with Carole and joined her family run company AI Ltd after graduating university and two years in international settlements. She is responsible for management accounts and general office management.
Annette worked in payroll management before joining AI Ltd. Firstly assisting Nicola & Jenna with the accounts and payroll administration. She now assists Carole & Nicola in all aspects of the accounting Admin.
Claire joined Associated Installations just over a year ago after working in Financial Services for over 25 years. Claire looks after the company payroll and also shares a hand in the accounts payable processes and general office administration.
Michael has been with AI for almost 12 years, gradually working his way up from Electrician to project manager. He successfully managed a 7.2 million project, with minimal experience. Which earned him the title of Operations Director. He now works along side Martin in managing all sites and ensuring H & S and compliance is maintained at all times.
Carole has 35 years of accounts experience and is continually updating her knowledge. She manages all financial aspects of the company and passes on her knowledge to others to enable a full back up of informed staff.
Martin started out working as an apprentice with Brian and has inherited his hands on approach. He frequently visits our working sites and continues to manage both site staff and drive operations forward effectively.
Nick taught himself CAD before joining AI Ltd and is now working part-time towards his degree. He attends site, completes surveys and arranges our design drawings while assisting with operational setup for site activities.
Karen joined Associated Installations 16 months ago after working in Administration for 38 years some of that spent within the Interiors sector. Karen looks after all aspects of project administration and compliance.
